Schedule and operation
Passenger reception runs from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Flights run every day, in the morning only, and depend on that day's weather conditions. The exact flight time is set the day before, based on those conditions.
You will need to be available during the morning and arrive punctually at the assigned time. The flight is not guaranteed if weather conditions do not allow it; safety and operational compliance come first.
Before you fly
Safety notice and medical conditions. For your safety, before confirming your flight, tell the operator directly if you have any pre-existing medical condition or have had recent surgery. The operator will explain the corresponding procedure.
Diana & Sans does not request medical information, does not assess fitness to fly, and does not replace the operator's protocols. The operator revalidates this information at its office using the corresponding liability waiver form.
Weight. Limits communicated by the operator: minimum 30 kg and maximum 100 kg. No age restrictions are published because the operator has not communicated any.
What to wear
To enjoy the experience, the operator recommends:
- Long trousers.
- Closed, laced shoes.
- A warm layer.
- Sunscreen.
- Dark glasses, optional.

The operator requires advance booking with a 50% advance of the flight price.

This advance applies exclusively to paragliding. It is not an accommodation advance, it is not paid to Diana & Sans, and it is not processed through this site. The operator details are published for information only and are pending documentary validation. Sending a message to the accommodation's WhatsApp does not confirm the flight.
Paragliding booking is not enabled from this site. Diana & Sans does not claim an alliance or a commercial relationship with the operator, and does not guarantee availability, coverage or flight conditions.
Photos and videos
The standard package includes 180° photos and videos. The download link is valid for 3 days; you must download the files within that period, as the operator does not keep them afterwards.
The flight photos and videos are provided by the operator. Diana & Sans does not keep or distribute those files.
Conditions communicated by the operator
- Arriving punctually at the meeting point and at the assigned time is mandatory.
- If the passenger arrives late, the flight may be cancelled without a refund.
- The operator mentions justified exceptions, such as accidents with evidence and health issues with a medical certificate.
- Issues must be reported in advance; reports made on the same day do not qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
Pending validation with the operator: the weather rescheduling procedure and all cases involving a refund of the advance. Diana & Sans does not decide these conditions on its own or invent exceptions.
